专利说明:
TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to a method for arranging a wheelchair fastening trough in a car and a wheelchair transport vehicle as set forth in the preamble of the independent claims below. The invention particularly relates to a new way of converting a car, such as a passenger car, into a wheelchair. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION For wheelchair users, it is known to arrange wheelchair-specific spaces and aids. A ramp or lifting device may be provided adjacent to the side or rear door of the car to facilitate access to the wheelchair. Many cars, such as passenger cars, are so low that they cannot fit in a wheelchair. One known solution is to lower part of the car floor below the original. The original floor is then removed from at least part of the car and replaced by a lowered floor section. It is known to form a lowered floor portion of a special wheelchair retaining trough. The tray is easy to install, for example, a wheelchair ramp and sturdy anchor points for a wheelchair. For example, a wheelchair ramp and wheelchair retention trough are disclosed in 25 GB 2276592 A. Some cars find it difficult to fit a wheelchair space large enough. One common obstacle in the car's width direction is the rear shock absorbers. They are typically attached at their top end to the car body, for example to the center of the car 30, on the side bar. Attachment of the upper end of the shock absorbers is often arranged on a fixed and main horizontal bolt. The bolt is typically fixed to the car body, for example by welding. In this case, the shock absorber must be moved to remove and reattach it 20175962 prh 31 -10- 2017 sideways. If the floor of the car were lowered at the point of attachment of the shock absorber downwards near the bolt, a lowered floor, such as a wheelchair mounting pan, would prevent said lateral movement. In particular, if the car has longitudinal restrictions on the size of the anchorage, the lowered floor section should preferably be as wide as possible. There are particular problems with electric cars. The battery is often located underneath the car floor and often extends far from the front of the car to the rear. Components of an electric car, such as batteries, often make it difficult to lower the floor. For example, welding is not easy to perform near batteries. PURPOSE OF THE INVENTION The object of the present invention is to reduce or even eliminate the above-mentioned problems in the prior art. It is an object of the present invention to provide a solution that provides a sufficiently large wheelchair retention trough for a smaller wheelchair transport vehicle. It is an object of the present invention to allow the use of wider wheelchair retention troughs, particularly in passenger cars. It is an object of the present invention to facilitate and expedite the safe installation of the wheelchair retaining tray 25 in a car. It is an object of the present invention to improve wheelchair accessibility, for example in small cars and electric cars. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION In order to accomplish, among other things, the above-mentioned purposes, the method according to the invention and the wheelchair and other objects of the invention are 20175962 prh 31 -10-2017 is characterized by what is set forth in the characterizing parts of the appended independent claims. The application examples and advantages mentioned in this text apply, mutatis mutandis, to the method of the invention as well as to the wheelchair, although not always specifically mentioned. A typical method of arranging a wheelchair fastener in accordance with the invention comprises at least the following steps: - removing the original car floor between at least two shock absorbers, at least substantially; - removing said at least two shock absorbers from their retaining bolts; - cut off the original shock absorber retaining bolts from the car body at the removed floor; - drill holes in the car body for removable shock absorber mounting bolts; - install removable shock absorber retaining bolts; - removably attach the shock absorbers to the detachable retaining bolts of the shock absorber; - install a wheelchair mounting pan to form a new lowered car floor between the shock absorbers. A typical wheelchair transport vehicle according to the invention comprises - a wheelchair retaining trough which forms the floor of a lowered car retrofitted between the two shock absorbers of the car; - in the case of a wheelchair restraint in the car body, the places where the original shock absorber retaining bolts have been removed; - holes drilled into the car body for removable shock absorber mounting bolts; - removable shock absorber retaining bolts retrofitted to said holes. Thus, it has now been found that additional space is provided for the mounting pan when the fixed mounting bolts of the shock absorbers are replaced with removable bolts. Shock absorbers 20175962 prh 31 -10- 2017 will be replaced in this way without the work floor being lowered for them. When removing the shock absorber, its retaining bolt is removed from the shock absorber and pulled out of its hole in the chassis. This allows the shock absorber to be pulled between the car body and the mounting pan without 5 lateral movements. As a result of the invention, the wheelchair retaining trays can be wider in more cars. Wheelchair mounting support is easier. In one embodiment of the invention, the removable shock absorber retaining bolts 10 are mounted at substantially the same position as the original shock absorber retaining bolts. This makes installation easier. Removable fastening bolts and sleigh sizes can be selected to suit any situation. The removable fastening bolt and the hole for it in the frame may be 15 in diameter, for example 10-20 mm or 14-17 mm or 16 mm. In one embodiment of the invention, the holes for removable shock absorber retaining bolts on the car body extend through the entire body part of the car body, for example, the frame bar. In one embodiment of the invention, the detachable 20 shock absorber retaining bolts are long enough to extend through said portion of the car body. In one embodiment of the invention, the wheelchair retaining trough is secured to a lowered car floor without welding. For example, fastening means such as bolts or rivets may be used as fastening means. This ensures safe mounting of the mounting bracket. For example, in electric cars, work is easier, and the mounting bracket is safe to install, for example, on the battery. In one embodiment of the invention, the wheelchair retaining cup 30 is secured to the lowered car floor by gluing. Bonding is particularly easy and safe. Bonding is a strong attachment. In addition to gluing, it is also possible to use other fastening means, such as screw fastening. 20175962 prh 31 -10- 2017 In one embodiment of the invention, the car is an electric car comprising a battery. In one embodiment of the invention, the wheelchair mounting bracket is mounted on the back of an electric vehicle battery. The solution according to the invention enhances and facilitates the installation of the wheelchair mounting tray, especially in electric cars. The invention makes it possible to transform even small electric cars into efficient wheelchair transport vehicles. In one embodiment of the invention, the car comprises a rear door and a wheelchair retaining trough is mounted on the rear end of the car so that the wheelchair passage 10 is arranged from the rear door. In one embodiment of the invention, the car comprises a wheelchair ramp. The ramp is arranged to extend from the rear door of the car back to the ground when the rear door is open. When the back door is closed, the ramp can be folded, for example, between the back door and the wheelchair retaining trough. In one embodiment of the invention, a horizontal support beam is provided at the bottom edge of the opening of the rear door of the car, extending horizontally over the edges of the opening. When supported on the edges of the opening, the support beam is easy to make so sturdy that it provides 20 security in the event of a collision at the rear of the car. The support bar then prevents, for example, the wheelchair ramp from entering the passenger compartment. The support beam may also extend horizontally over the edges of the wheelchair attachment tray or over any other part of the car body and support the structure in the event of a collision as described above. In one embodiment of the invention, the horizontal support beam is pivotally attached to the lower edge of the back door opening and is arranged to open outwardly of the back door opening when the wheelchair ramp is opened to extend to the ground. It then acts as a support structure for the ramp. At the same time, opening the support bar enlarges the back door opening, allowing the 30 wheelchairs to travel more easily through the opening. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES The invention will now be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying schematic drawing in which Figure 1 Figure 2 Figure 3 Fig. 4 is a side view of a car according to the invention, showing the mounting seat of a wheelchair according to the invention, showing the rear of the car according to the invention and a part thereof in two magnifications, and showing the car according to the invention. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Some of the corresponding parts in the various figures and embodiments are used for the sake of clarity by the same reference numerals. Figures 1-4 show a wheelchair transport vehicle 2 according to the invention and a wheelchair retaining tray 1 provided therein. The rear end of the car has a rear door. The wheelchair attachment tray 1 is provided at the rear end 10 of the car. The wheelchair passage is arranged from the rear door 11 of the car along a wheelchair slope 12. In the situation shown in Figures 1,3 and 4, the rear door 11 is open and the wheelchair ramp 12 is positioned rearwardly from the rear door 11 of the car to the ground 13. When the rear door 11 is closed (not shown), the wheelchair ramp 12 is folded between the rear door 11 and the wheelchair retention tray 1. 20175962 prh 31 -10- 2017 Fig. 2 shows the wheelchair mounting tray 1 in more detail. The mounting pan has a substantially horizontal bottom 5 and a substantially vertical front wall 21 and 25 side walls 22a and 22b. The mounting trough has support structures 23 which support the trough and through which the trough can be supported and secured to the car body 2. At the upper edges of the front wall 21 and the side walls 22a, 22b are formed mainly horizontal flanges 24, which in part come from the mounting bracket and from which it can be secured to e.g. the original car floor 25. at the bottom of the back door opening 14. The support beam 15 opens outwardly from the back door opening 14. The wheelchair ramp 12 is attached at its upper end to a support beam. The support beam 15 extends horizontally in the mounting pan 20175962 prh 31 -10- 2017 over side walls 22a and 22b. When mounted in a car, the support beam 15 may extend horizontally over the edges of the rear door aperture 14 or other part of the car body. In the event of a collision, the side walls 22a and 22b or the car's edges or frame prevent the support beam 15 and its wheelchair ramp 12 from being pushed into the passenger compartment 5. The wheelchair transport vehicle 2 may be an electric vehicle comprising, for example, a battery located below the floor level (not shown). The wheelchair mounting pan 1 can be arranged completely on the back of the battery. The front edge of the mounting bracket can be arranged very close to the battery or even attached to the back of the battery. When installing the wheelchair attachment tray 1, the first portion of the original floor 25 of the car is removed. In the longitudinal direction of the car 2, the original floor 25 has been removed from the tailgate opening forward to the front seats 27. The size of the removed section of the floor corresponds approximately to the size of the wheelchair attachment tray 1. The mounting trough 1 is mounted in place of said removed floor so that the bottom 5 of the mounting trough forms a lowered car floor. The flanges 24 of the front wall 21 of the mounting trough and the side walls 22 22a, 22b secure the trough to the original floor 25 of the car. The support structures 23 of the mounting pan are secured at desired points, for example, on the car body. The attachment of the flanges 24 and the supporting structures 23 is done in the example of the figures, at least mainly by gluing. Fastenings can be secured with screw connections or rivets, for example. Figure 3 shows in more detail the left side of car two structures. The corresponding parts are, of course, and the corresponding steps are also carried out on the right side of the car. The position of the wheelchair ramp 12 in the ground is shown in Figure 3 by way of example, even though the rear door 11 is closed. The rear door 11 cannot generally be closed 30 if the ramp 12 is outside the car. Figures 1 and 4 show the open position of the rear door 11 when the wheelchair ramp 12 is out of the car 2. 20175962 prh 31 -10- 2017 The enlarged detail B of Figure 3 shows the attachment of the shock absorber 3a to the car prior to installation of the wheelchair mounting tray 1. The fastening bolt 4a is welded to the frame beam 7 immobile and permanently. The upper end of the shock absorber 3a is secured to the mounting bolt 4a and the lower end to the rear axle 26 of the car. The left rear ring 28a is attached to the 5 end of the shaft 26. The original floor 25 of the car is above the frame beam 7. If the shock absorber 3a needs to be replaced, there is good space underneath the car to pull the upper end of the shock absorber 3a off its mounting bolt 4a towards the center line of the car, to the right in the figure. The enlarged detail A of Fig. 3 shows the mounting of the shock absorber to the car after installation of the wheelchair mounting tray 1. It will be seen that the left side wall 22a of the mounting pan now prevents the upper end of the shock absorber 3a from being moved away from the fixed mounting bolt to the right in the figure. The mounting of the upper end of the shock absorber 3a to the car body has been modified as follows: Before installing the mounting pan 1, the upper end of the shock absorber 3a is removed from the mounting bolt 4a. Then, the original shock absorber retaining bolt 4a is cut off from the car body 7. Only a portion of the retaining bolt 4a can be removed, for example the part pointing from the chassis beam 7 towards the retaining cup 1. A hole 8a is provided for the new detachable fastening bolt 9a in the frame beam 7. A new hole is drilled through the beam 7 so that the bolt can be moved to the left and right of the beam 7 if desired. The new removable bolt 9a is at least approximately aligned with the former retaining bolt 4a. The new bolt 9a is mounted in the hole 8a and the wheelchair mounting tray 1 is mounted. The upper end 25 of the shock absorber 3a can now be fastened and removed between the frame member 7 and the mounting pan 1 by moving the bolt 9a to the left. The invention is not intended to be limited to the examples given, but the scope of the invention is defined by the independent claims. The dependent claims disclose some advantageous embodiments of the invention.
